Item

All items sold are brand new.
Shopfanatics has checked all goods and will recheck them again before mailing out. This ensures that there are no defects* in the items.
Item measurements can be requested for through email at shopfanatics@gmail.com.

Pricing

All prices stated are nett prices.
Delivery fees are not included in the pricing you see on Shopfanatics itself

Method of Distribution

Prefered method of distribution is through Singapore Post – seller would have to top up the postage amount.
Home delivery can be made for a fee of $4 – $7 depending on location, urgency, amount ordered and timing.
Shopfanatics reserves the rights to not do delivery if Shopfanatics is unable to meet the timing or date.
Free home delivery can be made for purchases of more than $150 or more than 10 items.

Postage Charges

Postage charges will be borned by the buyer.
Buyers are advised to choose registered post as Shopfanatics will not be in any way responsible for the mishandling or in any way damage of item during postal service or to missing items that has been posted out.
For registered articles, kindly add $2.24 ontop of the postage pricing.
Local mail rates are found at Singapore Post. Shopfanatics will weigh item before mailing and advise postage amount.

Payment Methods

Shopfanatics accepts Bank Fund Transfer (POSB/UOB/OCBC/DBS) & ATM transfer.
Upon making payment, send an email to shopfanatics@gmail.com with the transaction reference and buyer’s mailing address.
Payment is to be made within 48hours upon recieving shopfanatic’s confirmation email.

Cancellation, Exchanges & Refunds

No Refunds / Cancellations / Exchanges will be entertained once payment has been made.
All goods sold are Non-Refundable.

*defects includes only yellow stains, missing buttons, tears.
